Description
Most of the correspondence in this file concerns the Sinepuxent Community Show. There are two tickets from the show, a prize list as well as a request from E.I. Oswald, County Extension Agent, to sign for the amounts paid for premiums at the show. Lucy Walter also sent Miss Handy several letters concerning the Farmers’ Institute and local planning. The June 16, 1919 Weekly Newsletter to the Tomato Growers Associations is also in this file. The State Forester, Joshua A. Cope also sent her letters concerning the management of her woodlands. E. J. McLaughlin from the Bureau of Animal Industry at the U.S. Department of Agriculture also sent her notes. In addition, there is a business card from E.K. Statey of the F.G. Smith Piano Co. in Washington, D.C.
