Description
In this group of materiel, Rozelle Handy received letters from Charles G. Woolsey of the Baltimore War Camp Community Service, Julia M. Robins, L. A. Covington, Miriam Sheppard Davidson, Minnie Warren, Ethel M. Dix, Lucile Collins, Ethel P. MacGregor, and Harold F. Pellegrin. Topics include the Victory Sing in Ocean City, the sales of Christmas Seals, the Health Conference sponsored by the National Tuberculosis Association, organizing a Thrift Rally, meetings of the Program Committee, a visit by Professor Gibson, and attendance at a conference held by the American Committee Relief in Near East. In addition, there are two pamphlets in the file: one requesting a donation to the Roosevelt Memorial and the other introducing the Committee of 48. The file also contains a picture postcard of the Episcopal Church and Rectory in Ocean City, Maryland.
