Henderson reported on her inquiry into state of three needy children. Henry Barton Jacobs sent a personal appeal to Miss Handy to attend a one day conference as the Worcester County representative for the Maryland Tuberculosis Association. Included in the file was a general plan of work at the county level for the Red Cross Christmas Seals campaign. James. B.
