Description
B. W. Kindley, Department Superintendent for Teacher Training with the Maryland Sunday School Association is the author of the correspondence in this file. The earliest letter in the file is dated August 15, 1911 and is a form letter announcing the upcoming state convention. This letter listed the participants as Mrs. Mary Foster Byner, Rev. Charles A. Oliver, Mr. Robert L. Hooper, and Dr. S. M. Oman. Other people mentioned in the letters include Miss Dilworth, Miss Clara, and Rozelle Handy’s mother. All of the correspondence is on the topic of Teacher Training classes. On March 15, 1915, Mr. Kindley announced his retirement due to financial retrenchment in the organization.
