Lot #39 of My Lady's Manor originally a part of the tract of land of Thomas Talbott St. Plat survey prepared 10 Nov. 1784. Through inheritance of his wife and from purchase from other Talbott heirs, bought by Joshua Hutchins on 29 Apr. 1824. Sold to St. James Church in 1972 by H. Gwynn Cockey
