Description
Lease, Thomas Oakley (formerly indentured servant of Thomas Hutchins, father of Nicholas Hutchins, Sr. 1st Hutchins on My Lady's Manor, 174) and Thomas Brerewood, 146 acres with payment of 876 lbs of tobacco per year. This land in the sale of Manor lands in 1782 was bought by Joseph McClung and became Lot #93, later owned by the Holmes Family and now in 1980, John Westerland.
