Description
School at the Naval Base in Bainbridge, Cecil County Minutes of the February 23, 1955 meeting of the Maryland State Board of Education, at the which the Board is informed of a lawsuit in Federal Court against the operation of a segregated school. "The few Negro children on the Base have been offered transportation to a conveniently located colored school but not all have accepted the offer.
