Charles Lord responded to Ed on 9 Nov 08 (charles_lord_9nov08) with information on their January 2009 visit to Baltimore. Their research trip is scheduled for 5-9 Jan 09, and they will be looking for:
1) Decisions of the Baltimore City Zoning Board of Appeals prior to 1971,
2) City Council decisions from 1908 to 1931 under the nuisance ordinance,
3) City Council transcripts,
4) A large plot scanner.
Mr Lord mentions that he is also in contact with David Tanner.
