Diane/Christine/Emily- Senator Gladden's questions to us center on the use of the Substitute Motion in the past in the Maryland Senate, and any good material we might have to assist in the debate as to why the full Senate should not adopt the unfavorable report. Thanks for sending on the Robert's Rules references, etc. It is amazing how little help the Legislative web site is with regard to procedure as well as searching the proceedings they do have on line.
