Bernstein v. Real Estate Commission, 221 Md. 221

OVERVIEW: It was neither arbitrary nor capricious for a real estate commission to suspend the licenses of brokers where they violated a statutory requirement that a listing agreement contain a definite termination date without notice from either party.
