Howard Richards, Baltimore realtor, giving advice on real estate matters, various promotional letters from Charles H. Steffey, Inc., offering their services as real estate brokers, a brochure about the St. Paul Garage development in Baltimore, and a circular announcement from Charles H. Steffey, Inc., about leasing opportunities in Baltimore in 1940.
