Scrapbook 6 ("Dwellings") contains an article from the March 19, 1933, issue of the Baltimore American by Charles H. Steffey entitled "Steffey Sees Real Estate Opportunity: Present Conditions Favor Buying for Personal Use, Income, or Future Profit," a bulletin announcing the sale of properties in Baltimore, a brochure about University Homes in Baltimore, newspaper advertisements about the sale of properties in Baltimore by Carter & Steffey, Inc., a brochure entitled "A Survey of Housing Conditions [in] Baltimore, Maryland," a brochure entitled "New Industries and Expansions Announced by the Industrial Bureau Board of Baltimore," and numerous advertisements for the sale of properties in Baltimore and around the United States by various real estate brokers, including Carter & Steffey, Inc.
