Virginia exhibit 96 [This report was also printed as Doc. No. XXVIII, Report of Col. Angus W. Mcdonald, Relative to Boundary Lines. March 9th 1861 by the Virgnia House of Delegates, a later printing of which is included in Virginia exhibit 103. Exhibit 103 also includes Senate Doc. No. 21. Report Relative to the Boundary Line between Maryland and Virginia. January 9, 1860 in a version reprinted in 1874. The 1874 reprint of both reports submitted as exhibit 103 (Richmond: Clemmitt & Jones, Book and Job Printers, 1874) is continuously paginated beginning with the Senate Document 21 submitted by Angus w. McDonald and Thomas J. Lee to the Virginia Legislature on December 21, 1859. The 1874 copy of both reports presented as Virginia exhibit 103 is in the Alderman Library of the University of Virginia.
