copies of synopsis of Pinkney Whyte's argument for Maryland in the Black-Jenkins Arbitration; a copy of the Maryland Assembly's supplementary act on Potomac navigation that was sent to Patrick Henry and a copy of a Reverdy Johnson 1859 opinion (private?) entitled "The Riparian Rights of Virginia Proprietors on the Potomac River."
