Description
Document signed by Governor Thomas Swann commissioning Cipriano Ferrandini to the rank of Captain, Company H, First Regiment, First Brigade, First Division of the Maryland National Guard. Issued in Baltimore City on 12 December 1867. Red paper seal affixed. Document is housed in 22" x 22.5" frame, with a buff mat board.
