Description
May 28, 1712 land deed between Marmaduke Tilden and Richard West of Kent County. For four thousand pounds of tobacco, Marmaduke Tilden sold Richard West a parcel of land containing 200 acres of land called "Poutridge" (?) lying in Sangford's Bay (?) in Kent County. The document details all the former owners of the 200 acres and the location of the parcel. The back of the second page was updated with a receipt on November 17, 1726 Two pages.
