Description
Black notebook with typescript pages, "1899-1929", a timeline of history relating to the Baltimore Sun newspaper during the period, detailing circulation, advertising figures, major stories covered, and administrative history. Tucked inside the notebook are: a typescript note from Buck Royall and an airmail letter in envelope addressed to Mr. William F. Schmick 3d, American Colony Hotel, Jerusalem, Israel, and dated November 7, 1969 is enclosed with a memo to Sun staff. One of the memo items states that Billy Schmick will be taking over as assistant City Editor of the newspaper.
