Description
Letter to Alice, written from Green Spring Road, Station L, Baltimore. Ellicott tells Alice that Ellis will be married on December 4th. She discusses suffrage, saying that the politicians in Maryland do not support female suffrage. She hopes that other states will ratify it, since 3/4 out of the 48 states must ratify it for it to become an amendment. Ellicott expresses her frustration with the US Senate about the League of Nations and the peace treaty.
