Description
Southern High School oral history video interview with Vietnam War veteran Captain Henry Lazzaro of the United States Marine Corps and of the United States Navy. He enlisted in the Marine Corps and served for 13 months in Vietnam, from December 1966 to January 1968. After leaving Vietnam, he obtained a commission in the United States Navy, was a member of the JAG corps, and served as a police officer in Chicago. Captain Lazzarro described his duties working on electronics, his typical day in Vietnam, memorable experiences, and the general perceptions he had while in Vietnam.
