Description
State of Maryland State Roads Commission: Knapps Narrows bridge- rolling bascule span (Talbot Co.) April 1934. 3 sets. Donor's note- This is a great find not many bridges like this around anymore. This bridge was removed by us and a similar newer structure was built in its place. The original structure was transported by barge to the Maryland Maritime musueum and is now the bridge which is at the front gate of the museum".
