Description
Two letters from Harold S. Cutler, a veteran of the 489th Bomb Group during WWII, and one letter from his son, Lewis M. Cutler to Chris Clark. Harold Cutler provided his memories and experience as an engineer with the 847th Bomb Squadron, working with B-24 planes, and updates on the lives of family. He also mentioned meeting the crew of Enola Gay, "the B-29 that dropped the first A-Bomb on Hiroshima, Japan." Lewis M. Cutler's letter thanked Mr. Clark for sharing his father's letters and information about Harold S. Cutler's military career.
