The December 16, 1960 edition of The Evening Capital with the headlines "Two-Alarm Blaze Hits Capital Plant." There is a note from Evelyn Tretbar (Snowden) attached to it stating its a collectors item and "an attempt by the Evening Cap. to continue publication without interruption in spite of plant being destroyed by fire."
