Photography of John Van Horn, including 35mm film negatives and digital images from his project to document Baltimore's so-called "Highway to Nowhere," an unfinished stretch of Interstate I-170 highway constructed in the 1970s that severed predominately African American West Baltimore neighborhoods.

John Van Horn is a writer and photographer, based in both South Carolina and Pennsylvania, who focuses on subjects from the man-made environment, including industrial, maritime, and neighborhoods. He attended Western Maryland College. |
