Letter to Hon. Robert C. Murphy from Wagaman, wagaman, and Meyers, P.A. concerning the ticket fixing scandal. "… It is only by taking clear, decisive action that the public an be made to feel that members of the Bar and Judiciary do care about what takes place in our profession. Censure of these judges is no punishment at all. If it happens, the public will shake their heads and reaffirm their belief that lawyers and judges will bend over backwards to tolerate conduct which if performed by others in society would be considered intolerable."
