Article in The Sun: "Charges against Starkloff dropped" "The state yesterday dropped charges of larceny after trust, misconduct in office and obstruction of justice against Edward S. Starkloff, the 63- year old chief clerk of the Traffic Court, on the grounds that the state Commission on Judicial Disabilities had granted him immunity in return for his testimony on corrupt practices in the court."
