Description
Letter written to Frances from Camp Devens, Massachusetts. He hasn't received the cigarettes yet. He really wants to come down this Saturday. The camp has been under quarantine for the last three weeks but they expect to lift it in a couple of days. His other problem is the fare. He asks Frances to send him five dollars. He hasn't heard from the girl. He had his picture taken and is sending her one. The picture was taken behind a Browning machine gun. Picture is not in the file.
