This file contains correspondence from Katharine A. Pritchett, G. H. Alford, Lucy Walter, and Florence J. Hunt, all agents for Home Demonstration work with the Maryland Agricultural College and U.S. Department of Agricultural Cooperation, Extension Division; John F. Monroe and E.D. Oswald, County Cooperative Agents for the Maryland Agricultural College; E.A. Miller of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, States Relations Service; E.W. McMaster of the Board of County School Commissioners of Worcester County; John S. Hill, Principal of Stockton High School; Maltic C. Taylor of the Women’s Preparedness and Survey Commission of Worcester County; as well as with Hettye I. Newman, Laura E. Davis, Mrs. O.M. Shockley, and William C. Warren. Topics include seeds for planting, fertilizing, pruning, canning, spraying, speaking at meetings, and demonstrations. There is also a petition to the Board of County Commissioners of Worcester County signed by 36 local citizens requesting a Woman County Agent, a form letter from the Maryland Agricultural Society relaying information from their last meeting, and a prize list for the Sinepuxent and Trappe Community Show.
