Description
"State of the Judiciary Message" given by Robert C. Murphy to a joint session fo the General Assembly of MD. Speech addresses the following topics: problems presented by having two levels of trial courts (District and circuit courts), problems concerning the current method of administering juvenile cases (juvenile master system) and family court issues, implementation of a computer system to handle statewide motor vehicle citations, and Senate Bill 97 (proposes the end of the trial de novo).
