Description
"State of the Judiciary Message" Given by Robert C. Murphy to a joint session of the General Assembly of MD. Speech covers the following topics: the poor shape of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, election process for judges, House Bill 105 ("which formalizes the recommendation procedure [for new judges] that has in fact been used this year"), the new system for Traffic court, trial de novo, and the Committee on Sentencing.
