Description
Proclamation naming Louis L. Goldstein as a Colonel in the Army of the Shenandoah, Valley District, a Ciivil War organization. Program of Inauguation Ceremony of Governor Harry Hughes and Lt. Governor J. Joseph Curran, Jr. Certificate from the State of Maryland for 40 years of service to the people of Maryland. Proclamation by the County Executive of Baltimore County designating October 18, 1982 as "Louis L. Goldstein Day". Award of Financial Reporting Achievement from the Municipal Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
