Description
Plaque containing two postage stamps. One of the Maryland State Bird and one with the state flag and a drawing of the state coat of arms. Brass plaque says "Celebrating 80 years, 3 - 14 - 93". Inscription on back side, "To my friend and Mentor Louis L. Goldstein, with unrestrained admiration, respect, gratitude, and affection - Steny Hoyer".
