Description
Letter: To "Ted" (Theodore Corner) from "George" (George Washington Corner). [Baltimore]. George arrived home safely after a visit despite cars from Washington being crowded, and without the baby (maybe George Corner) catching a cold. They both received letters from sister Mary Robinson who was not able to visit. Some business is discussed, as well as repayment for supplies. Also discussion of some visitors to the house. People mentioned: Mr. Bailey, Mr. Henry, Pam Richardson, Marion, Hawley, Dr. Snole, Mr. Cooper, Mr. Gere, Mezick (Mezick Corner), Mrs. Shaffer, Mr. Dashiel, Mr. Fish, the baby (George Corner), Rachel (Rachel Shaffer), and the children (Theodore Shaffer Corner and Carrie Jane Corner).
