Description
Letter: To "Ted" (Theodore Corner) from "Merzick" (Merzick Corner). Baltimore. Merzick wanted to visit Ted in early July, but his plans keep changing unexpectingly. He tells Ted that their family will try to visit him in the fall. George left on Thursday to accompany "Ma" (Sarah Johnson Corner) to Harford and haven't returned yet. Then Merzick talks about the farm and mentions that if the Brickhead escaped from getting captured, the ship should be back in 10 days. He ends the letter by letting Ted know that he sent some items for him with Captain Pettiborne.
