Description
Leger, Murray-Colhoun Corporation Cash Book No. 1 (1883-1890) The Murray-Colhoun Corporation was a canning company active in the 1880's and 1890's. Their canning house was built along the Rhode River in Southern Anne Arundel County. The business owners were Charles Colhoun and Henry Murray Sr. Main products were canned tomatoes, peaches, and corn, which were packaged for shipment to Baltimore via steamer.
