Letter, Typed by Walter Lord addressed to James Bready (Jim Bready) of the Evening Sun paper. Expressing thanks to Bready for newspaper clippings, as well as returning a "good-luck coin" for the book By The Dawn's Early Light. Also discusses the superstitions of authors, while expressing desire for personal visit and dinner at "the Century". Includes envelope. One old horizontal fold. Signed. 1972.
