Description
"The Case of the Townland in Annapolis" by Daniel Dulany. Dulany charges that Mr. Bordley obtained a patent for land in Annapolis by fraud. Chancery Court declared the property in the possession of the Lord Proprietor. Gen'l Assembly paid Bordley's heir 200 pounds to release claim on the land.
