It was published weekly. It was also published as the Times Crescent the Charles County Leaf and the Charles County Leaf. The newspaper was formed by the union of the Times Crescent (La Plata: 1898) and the Charles County Leaf (La Plata: 1959) and was continued by the Times-Crescent (La Plata: 1971).
