The Baltimore Visiter began publication in 1834 and ceased in 1840[?]. It was published weekly. Title history based on November 1, 1834 [new ser. v. 1, no. 2]. It was also published as the Baltimore Visitor and the Baltimore Saturday Visitor. Issues for [November 1, 1834] also called [old ser. v. 4, no. 40]. The newspaper continues the Baltimore Saturday Visiter (Baltimore: 1833) and was continued by the Saturday Morning Visiter (Baltimore: 1840).
