The Wreath, and Literary Shamrock began publication in October 1830 and ceased in November 1831. It was published weekly. Title history based on January 6, 1831. It was also published as the Wreath. The newspaper merged with the Baltimore Minerva and Saturday Post (Baltimore: 1830) to form the Baltimore Minerva Wreath and Saturday Post (Baltimore: 1831).
