(Baltimore: W. Gwynn) The Baltimore Gazette and Daily Advertiser began publication July 1, 1825 [v. 64, no. 9713] and ceased in 1838. It was published daily, except Sunday. Other editions include the Gazette (Baltimore: 1827). The newspaper continues the Federal Gazette & Baltimore Daily Advertiser (Baltimore: 1796) and merged with the Baltimore Patriot & Mercantile Advertiser (Baltimore: 1817) to form the Baltimore Patriot & Commercial Gazette (Baltimore: 1838).
