(Baltimore: Bull & Tuttle) The American Republican and Baltimore Daily Clipper began publication November 11, 1844 [v. 11, no. 113] and ceased December 31, 1846 [v. 15, no. 147]. It was published daily, except Sunday. It was also published as the American Republican, and Baltimore Clipper and the American Republican. Other editions include the Ocean (Baltimore: 1840) and Bull & Tuttle's New Monthly Baltimore Clipper and General Advertiser (Baltimore: 1843).
