Title history based on March 12, 1814 [v. 22, no. 34]. It was also published as the Republican Gazette, and General Advertiser. The newspaper continues Bartgis's Republican Gazette (Frederick: 1800) and was continued by the Republican Gazette and General Advertiser (Frederick: 1821). For abstracts, see: F.
