Description
Programs from "Testimonial Dinner to Honorable Fred W. Besley in recognition of thirty-six years service as State Forester, in conjunction with the Annual Dinner Dance of The Maryland State Game and Fish Protective Association. Saturday evening, February 21, 1942." Includes short biography on back of program.
Excerpts from remarks by Governor McKeldin at the 50th Anniversary Dinner of State Department of Forestry, Baltimore, February 16 1956. Held in honor of Fred Besley on his 84th birthday.
