Documents relating to 1989 Donald L. Scantlebury Memorial Award presented to Goldstein by the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program. Documents include Governor Schaefer's nomination of Goldstein, letters, and three copies of the program from the award ceremony.
Certificate awarded to Louis Goldstein from the Disabled American Veterans Commanders Club (1995).
