Description
Documents relating to 1989 Donald L. Scantlebury Memorial Award presented to Goldstein by the Joint Financial Management Improvement Program. Documents include Governor Schaefer's nomination of Goldstein, letters, and three copies of the program from the award ceremony. Certificate awarded to Louis Goldstein from the Disabled American Veterans Commanders Club (1995). Certificate of Recognition presented to Louis Goldstein from the Baltimore Harbor Endowment, stating that a personalized brick bearing his name would be place in the Harbor Promenade at Belt’s Landing in Fells Point.
