Correspondence from letter box containing “Letters of Congratulations after Primaries – 1915”: sent after Emerson Harrington won the Democratic Primary for Governor. Letters are in alphabetical order by sender, one sent by a Philadelphia woman who expressed her desire that women could vote---had she been a Marylander, she could have supported him too!
