Description
Manuscript, Handwritten by General Nathaniel Banks to Colonel Thomas Ruger. Ordering Ruger to "Take position in Frederick at the wagon yard. Signed. Includes envelope in poor condition, one large fold with some separation. Letter in good condition, two old horizontal folds. 1861.
