The Annapolis Gazette began publication September 28, 1854 [v. 1, no. 1] and ceased in 1874[?]. It was published weekly. The newspaper was continued by the Maryland Gazette (Annapolis: 1874).
Archives' collection includes issue for April 2, 1872 and a negative photostat of issue for October 5, 1854 [v. 1, no. 2] (MSA SC 941).
