(Towsontown, Baltimore County: Charles A. Conner) The Baltimore County Herald began publication in March 1870[?] and ceased in September 1885[?]. It was published weekly. Title history based on April 2, 1870 [v. 1, no. 2]. It was also published as the County Herald. The newspaper was absorbed by the Baltimore County Democrat (Towson: 1870). Archives' collection includes issues for April 2, June 18, and September 3, 1870; June 17, 1876; August 5, November 25, December 2, 9, 30, 1882; and January 13 and February 3, 1883.
