The Maryland Gazette began publication in September 1727 and ceased with the November 29, 1734 issue[?]. It was published weekly. Title history based in part on December 3 to December 10, 1728 [no. 65]. It was published as the Maryland Gazette, September 19, 1727-March 1731; the Maryland Gazette Reviv'd, December 1732-March 1733; and the Maryland Gazette, between March 23 and April 13, 1733. Publication was suspended from March 1731 until December 1732.
A photostat edition of this paper was published by the John Carter Brown Library in 1925. A copy was given to the Maryland State Archives by the Maryland State Law Library in 1990 [MSA SC 2311]. A copy is also available at the Maryland Historical Society, Baltimore.
